The key to see results is consistency and commitment over time so that’s why we recommend 3 classes per week as a start. Sign up today!

Not at all! Most of our lifters start with little or no background in Olympic weightlifting. Every new member gets an assessment so we can meet you where you are. Training is tailored to your current skill and strength level, focusing first on technique and safe progressions. As you improve, you’ll take on heavier weights, refine advanced skills, and set new PRs. Everyone starts somewhere—what matters is getting started!

We’re not just another fitness facility—we’re a weightlifting team. Locally owned and purpose-built for the sport, our focus is expert coaching, structured programming, and a supportive platform environment.

Coach Mira know you, your goals, and your lifts. You’ll train alongside a team of like-minded lifters who push, cheer, and celebrate each other—whether it’s your first clean & jerk or your next competition PR.

At Industrial Strength Weightlifting, all sessions are small-group based and run up to 2 hours—giving you the time and coaching attention needed to train like a true lifter.

You’ll begin with your own individual warm-up, then move into structured team programming designed to build strength, refine technique, and prepare you for progress on the platform. If you need something more tailored, we also offer customized programs within the small-group format.

Every session is led by our expert weightlifting coaches, who provide detailed feedback and real-time adjustments so you can lift safely, efficiently, and confidently.

You’ll train alongside a supportive team, pushing each other to new levels and celebrating every PR together. With programming planned in advance, you’ll know exactly what you’re training for each day—whether it’s heavy squats, snatch technique, or clean & jerk progressions.

Here, every rep has purpose, and every session moves you closer to your goals in the sport of weightlifting.
